Terms and Conditions

1) These Terms and Conditions apply whether agreed verbally or in writing. Any variation has to be agreed in writing.

2) Cars are supplied subject to Advance Booking through the office with a minimum of 48 hours notice. We will endeavour to meet existing Client's requirements at shorter notice subject to availability.

3) The Company accepts no responsibility for delays howsoever caused or any resulting loss or expense incurred by the Clients or passengers carried on their behalf.

4) Clients are responsible for any damage to vehicles caused by them or passengers carried on their behalf.

5) Clients are responsible for any insurance cover on goods, luggage and personal effects carried on their behalf.

6) A reasonable amount of passenger luggage is carried. Luggage which, in the opinion of the Driver, is regarded as excessive will not be carried.

7) Routing is at the Driver's discretion unless otherwise instructed.

8) In the event of the chosen vehicle not being available we reserve the right to supply an alternative vehicle including one from another operator if necessary.

9) The Company is not responsible for breakdown or any additional expense or loss incurred by the Client or passengers carried on their behalf.

10) Waiting time is charged in increments of 30 minutes or part of 30 minutes.

11) The Company operates a No Smoking policy in it's vehicles. Smoking is not permitted.

12) Cancellation of bookings within 24 Hours of the booked pickup time are subject to a charge of 50% of the hire charge or £55, whichever is the higher.

13) The Company reserves the right to refuse to carry passengers who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs or who are potentially aggressive. This is at the Driver's discretion.

14) Charges are payable in advance except where there is an approved Credit Account in place.
